Ascendant Commercial operates as a direct investor as well as a joint venture investor through "Alliance Partnerships" with strategic equity partners.  We exercise the highest level of prudence, through a thorough due diligence process, to ensure preservation of all principal investments made by Ascendant Commercial and its Alliance Partners.
