Ascendant Commercial, a commercial real estate company specializing in multi-modal logistics, with an emphasis on air and ground transportation, was founded in 2011 by Steven Bradford. Mr. Bradford brings more than 20 years of commercial real estate experience to the clients of Ascendant Commercial.
As a former executive of Trammel Crow Company, Mr. Bradford founded a national development and investment initiative. He has developed in excess of 12.5 million square feet of commercial, industrial, and office space throughout North America and Canada including Calgary, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, Kansas City, Pittsburgh, and Portland. As the development principal, he was responsible for the master planning, development, marketing, and management of these projects. In addition, Mr. Bradford has also served as a master planning development consultant to several major international airports including Seattle Tacoma International Airport, Calgary International Airport, Detroit Metropolitan Airport, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Denver International Airport, Kansas City International Airport, and Pittsburgh International Airport.
Ascendant Commercial is currently developing master planned industrial parks in the cities of Calgary, Dallas and Grand Prairie in partnership with Bandera Ventures, Rosewood Property Corporation, Thackeray Partners, and Crow Holdings.
